Partnership Account Manager (Banking & Financial Services)

About the role

Water.org is seeking a Partnership Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring partner satisfaction while advancing financial inclusion and sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner accounts, driving retention and growth.
• Deliver partner‑facing initiatives and oversee successful implementation of programs.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with key decision‑makers in banking and financial services.
• Monitor and report on account performance, program execution, and impact metrics.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support internal and external decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in account management and business development, preferably within banking, micro‑finance, or financial‑inclusion sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and deliver measurable results.
