Part-Time System Administrator – Remote (Visayas)

About the role

Sozoroad is looking for a part‑time System Administrator to keep our remote tools and platforms running smoothly. You will work from home, supporting the technology needs of our consulting team and ensuring business‑critical systems are reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and integrate internal systems, configuring user permissions and access levels.
• Troubleshoot system‑level and network‑related issues, including connectivity and access failures.
• Collaborate with the Backend Software Developer on overlapping tools and workflows.
• Assist with technical roll‑outs, basic networking setups, and remote‑access configurations.
• Monitor system usage, identify workflow‑streamlining opportunities, and apply best practices.
• Stay updated on new product features and changes across the tool ecosystem.
• Document configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user processes.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a systems‑savvy, tech‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to take ownership of internal tech operations.
