Part-time History Teacher – Kabupaten Lebak

About the role

Ruangguru’s English Academy is looking for a part‑time teacher to join its team in Kabupaten Lebak. You will deliver English lessons to students of various ages, support their learning journey, and collaborate with fellow educators.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English directly in classroom settings across multiple grade levels.
• Provide coaching, act as a buddy and role model for other Master Teachers, and share best practices.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents together with a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning paths and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and collaborate with regional teams on educational initiatives.
• Meet the minimum required number of teaching and trial sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive, willing to try new teaching methods.
• Ready to teach at the selected Ruangguru branch.
