Paralegal – Legal and Compliance Support

About the role
The Paralegal will provide essential legal and compliance support to the law team, assisting in the preparation of contracts, regulatory documents, and meeting materials. This on‑site position is based at the MOA Complex in Pasay City and requires strong organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist lawyers in drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence under supervision.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare presentation materials and reports.
- Organize and manage records, files, schedules, and administrative logistics for the Legal and Regulatory Compliance (LRC) unit.
- Provide clerical and logistical support for meetings, hearings, and other business units as needed.
- Perform other duties related to legal administration as required.
Required profile
- Minimum college graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to work on‑site at the MOA Complex, Pasay City.
