Paid Search Analyst

About the role

Realtime is seeking a self‑starting Paid Search Analyst to manage, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across search and social platforms. You will work with proprietary AI tools and collaborate directly with the engineering team to enhance campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, traffic, and launch paid campaigns on schedule, within budget, and to specification.
• Configure audience targeting, creative assignments, bid strategies, and naming conventions.
• Conduct pre‑launch QA to verify tracking, creative, and targeting setups.
• Monitor daily performance, flag anomalies, and recommend optimizations.
• Execute in‑platform adjustments such as bid changes, audience refinements, budget reallocations, and creative rotations.
• Support A/B testing, document results, and contribute to a test‑and‑learn culture.
• Compile regular performance reports, surface trends, and assist with attribution and UTM tracking.
• Leverage Realtime’s AI tools to streamline trafficking, optimization, and reporting, providing feedback to the AI engineering team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in paid search advertising (agency, in‑house, freelance, or academic).
• Eagerness to learn and work with AI‑driven advertising technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough QA.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
