Pagcor Compliance Officer

About the role

The Pagcor Compliance Officer will ensure that the company adheres to all regulations set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This role involves supporting the compliance function by monitoring regulatory requirements, assisting with gaming license processes, and preparing necessary submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret PAGCOR regulations to keep the company up‑to‑date.
• Assist in obtaining, renewing, and maintaining gaming licenses.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation required by PAGCOR.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address compliance issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant experience in law, compliance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with PAGCOR regulations and gaming industry compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
