Packaging & Brand Designer (CPG Specialist)

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging & Brand Designer with strong experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG). The role involves creating high‑impact packaging and brand assets for multiple product lines while ensuring production‑ready artwork.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging systems and visual identities across product portfolios.
• Develop production‑ready tech packs and vendor‑ready artwork.
• Ensure compliance with industry labeling and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain consistent brand expression.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing CPG packaging design.
• Focus on packaging and production art with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to align designs with brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Packaging files and dieline creation.
• Print production and mechanical setup.
• Vendor‑ready artwork preparation.
• Tech‑pack development.
• Proficiency on Windows or Mac operating systems.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $7.00 to $8.00.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
• Independent contractor arrangement.
