About the role
The Outlet Team Leader will oversee the In-Room Dining (IRD) team at Fairmont Makati, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to service standards. This role combines leadership, guest interaction, and operational oversight within a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the IRD team in all aspects of the department.
- Handle guest concerns with professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Implement outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, service orientation, and ability to motivate colleagues.
- Working knowledge of In-Room Dining operations, Micros and MS Office applications.
