Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation for the luxury Raffles and Fairmont hotels in Makati, driving growth across key market segments and ensuring exceptional service for high‑value guests.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing sales contracts, developing pricing strategies, negotiating agreements, and identifying new business opportunities across luxury market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑value clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners, delivering tailored presentations and site inspections.
• Execute strategic sales plans, represent the hotels at trade shows and industry events, and monitor market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group bookings and VIP experiences, while optimizing performance through reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a luxury hotel sales environment (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and sales software tools.

• Sales software tools for CRM and reporting.
