Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the food & beverage outlet at Fairmont Makati, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that meet corporate, regional and local standards. This senior position oversees daily operations, staff performance and financial controls within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of outlet functions to guarantee quality guest service.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and participate in the budgeting process.
• Monitor the Micros POS system and ensure compliance with standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members in decision‑making, performance management and functional planning.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in a luxury hotel food & beverage outlet.
• Strong service orientation with proven ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Familiarity with loyalty programmes, Opera property management system and MS Office applications.
