Outbound Telesales Representative – Up to $30K Total Compensation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Telesales Representative to join our office in Ayala Tower, Manila. You will contact prospective clients, set appointments for our Singapore sales team, and promote Synergix’s ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 2‑5 qualified appointments each month.
• Cold‑call prospects and schedule meetings for the Singapore sales team.
• Clearly present the value of Synergix ERP to potential customers.
• Maintain and expand the assigned contact database.
• Continuously learn and share ERP benefits with the team.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in cold‑calling or outbound sales environments.
• Clear and simple spoken English.
