Outbound Telemarketing Officer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an Outbound Telemarketing Officer to join its remote team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting appointments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and present relevant products and services.
• Secure appointments and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and track interactions in a CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Consistently exceed sales and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role.
• Understanding of sales processes, telemarketing regulations, and data‑privacy compliance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data.
• Background in engaging business prospects and handling objections professionally.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting sales conversations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
