OT Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

The OT Cybersecurity Expert is a senior technical consultant who provides advanced guidance on operational technology security across pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering and automation environments. The role involves identifying security gaps, shaping OT security architectures and independently delivering complex assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Fine‑tune Network Intrusion Detection Systems (NIDS) and maintain regular liaison with automation teams.
• Provide expert consultancy on all OT cybersecurity topics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively advise on organisational and technological aspects of OT security, identifying gaps and supporting remediation.
• Lead security incident handling and vulnerability management in OT environments.
• Support the definition and continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity architectures.
• Execute complex tasks independently, ensuring accurate follow‑up and escalation when required.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for gap analysis and remediation.
• Advanced experience in security incident response and vulnerability management.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex projects and follow up tasks proactively.
• Fluency in English.
