Operator – Semiconductor Production

About the role

The Operator will work on the production line for SiC die sales, ensuring high throughput, quality, yield and optimal cycle time. This onsite position supports the manufacturing of semiconductor components for automotive and industrial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Follow semiconductor manufacturing standards such as ESD, 5S and clean‑room protocols.
• Operate production equipment and perform tasks according to work instructions.
• Report any issues promptly to production technicians.
• Support the line coordinator in meeting production targets.
• Handle raw and auxiliary materials correctly to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Participate in TPM and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Complete required worksheets and documentation accurately.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑year technical program, senior high school, or at least two years of college education.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ESD and 5S practices.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 quality standards.
• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) concepts.
• Basic equipment operation in a semiconductor environment.
