Operations Technician – Calamba, Laguna

About the role

The Operations Technician will support day‑to‑day issues to ensure smooth operations at our automated warehouse in Calamba. You will respond quickly to breakdowns, perform scheduled maintenance, and carry out minor repairs across electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to breakdown and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Execute scheduled maintenance according to checklists at designated sites.
• Perform minor repairs, diagnose faults, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, machines, and systems.
• Assist the technician lead with any additional tasks required.

Required profile

• NC II Certification for Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Building and Wiring (or a Mechatronics diploma/bachelor’s degree).
• 2–3 years of experience in an automated warehouse, manufacturing facility, or logistics environment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and electronic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs.
• Willingness to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.
• Licensed Master Electrician – a plus.
• Conveyor system experience – a plus.
