About the role
The Operations Support position is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Pasig City, Philippines. The role includes a 20% night differential and offers exposure to US insurance clients, allowing you to work closely with Global Staff Connections’ US team. You will be part of an administrative support function that contributes to the company’s high employee and client retention rates.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational assistance to US insurance clients.
- Collaborate with the US team while working in a hybrid environment.
- Perform duties during night shifts to qualify for the night differential.
