Operations Manager – Manufacturing (Philippines)

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead plant activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient and productive operations. This role focuses on driving quality, cost, and delivery performance while upholding the company’s Management System and Code of Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall plant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth execution of all activities.
• Drive the effectiveness of the Management System and Code of Conduct, establishing quality policy, objectives, and organizational context.
• Lead and monitor management staff performance, aligning daily tasks with company goals.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and process development, ensuring successful launches and continuous improvement.
• Achieve departmental KPIs across quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent product quality, service excellence, and responsiveness.
• Promote cost‑saving initiatives, innovation, and high ethical standards.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing workforce by recruiting, developing, and retaining talent while maintaining profitability (P&L).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in plant or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Management Systems and Code of Conduct, including ISO standards.
