Operations Management Supervisor I

About the role

The Operations Management Supervisor I will lead a team to ensure daily operational activities are performed efficiently, in line with company policies and performance standards. This role combines people management, performance monitoring, and process improvement to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new employees to company policies, facilities, and procedures.
• Monitor and coach team performance through scorecards, regular feedback, and performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Oversee daily attendance, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely, accurate output.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and address personal or work‑related issues.
• Provide crisis and conflict management support, informing leadership of situations and recommending solutions.
• Prepare and submit regular operational performance reports to local leadership and business unit stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, drive key initiatives, and support audit activities.
• Assist in production tasks during high‑volume periods or staffing challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education.
• 1‑2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a sales‑call or similar team environment.
• Strong people and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
