Operations Associate – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

UCM is looking for a proactive Operations Associate to keep the business running smoothly as we scale. This remote position, based in the Philippines, works on UK business hours and supports recruitment, marketing, finance and internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve day‑to‑day operational flow of the recruitment function, including systems, coordination and tracking.
• Ensure candidate pipelines, workflows and internal processes stay organized and efficient.
• Coordinate activities across recruitment, marketing and operations to guarantee alignment and effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance internal tools such as CRMs, trackers and workflow systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Support onboarding, internal coordination and execution of projects.
• Facilitate clear, structured communication across all teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration or similar functions.
• Comfortable working remotely on UK business hours.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and results.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting departmental needs.
