About the role

The Operations Associate will be responsible for accurately counting and verifying cash collections from Deposit Pick‑Up (DPU) clients at the bank’s off‑site verification facility. This role ensures that cash handling procedures are strictly followed to prevent discrepancies and maintain client trust.

Key responsibilities

Count and verify all cash collections to eliminate client complaints.
Follow standard cash verification procedures and bank policies to avoid monetary loss.
Report any discrepancies promptly, coordinate with the client, and document the issue.
Hand over cash to custodians with proper acknowledgment and turnover records.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
At least one year of experience in cash operations or a similar role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with bank policies and procedures, especially those related to cash handling.
Willingness to perform field work as needed.
