Online English Mentor – Early Morning PHT Shift (5‑10 am)

About the role

Codeyoung is looking for a passionate Online English Mentor to deliver live, interactive English lessons to school‑aged learners. The position is fully remote and follows Philippine Time (PHT) shift hours from 5:00 am to 10:00 am.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons covering communication, vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension and writing.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different proficiency levels and learning styles.
• Utilise digital tools such as video‑conferencing platforms, interactive whiteboards and learning management systems to create a student‑centric environment.
• Provide constructive feedback, track learner progress and communicate updates to parents or guardians.
• Participate in training sessions, follow curriculum guidelines and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and written communication.
• Experience teaching or mentoring children or teens online, preferably in an interactive, student‑centric setting.
• Reliable internet connection, a computer with camera and headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work consistent PHT shift timings.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications or a related field (preferred).
