Onboarding Specialist (Voice Process) – Philippines

About the role

Dostt is looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to guide Philippines‑based users through the platform’s onboarding journey. This outbound voice‑process position focuses on activating, engaging, and retaining new users while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing users to initiate onboarding.
• Assist users in completing profiles, verification steps, and other activation requirements.
• Explain platform features, guidelines, incentives, and opportunities.
• Follow up to ensure successful activation and ongoing engagement.
• Re‑engage inactive users and encourage participation.
• Handle basic queries and coordinate escalations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer engagement, onboarding, telemarketing, or related voice‑process roles.
• Strong spoken and written Filipino/Tagalog and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet daily calling targets.
• Reliable personal laptop/desktop, high‑speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
