Onboarding and Training Lead

About the role

The Onboarding and Training Lead will design, deliver and continuously improve the operational onboarding and training programs for new hires across sales functions. Working in a fast‑paced startup environment, you will ensure that employees are ready to perform and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding and training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design learning paths, SOPs, facilitator guides and other training materials.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, role‑specific training and recurring new‑hire cohorts.
• Assess employee readiness, track performance metrics and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain training standards and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in training, operational onboarding, L&D or contact‑center environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of building training programs and documentation from scratch.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite during US EST night‑shift hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Ability to create and manage training documentation tools.
