Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Occupational Health Nurse to safeguard the health, safety, and well‑being of our workforce. The role involves delivering primary nursing care, conducting health assessments, and supporting workplace wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first‑aid treatment for work‑related and non‑work‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Conduct health assessments, medical screenings, and health surveillance programs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and monitor employee health status.
• Coordinate pre‑employment, annual, and return‑to‑work medical examinations.
• Manage workplace injury and illness cases, including follow‑up care and referrals.
• Support occupational health and safety programs, wellness campaigns, and health education initiatives.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Collaborate with HR, management, and external healthcare providers to promote a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid professional license.
• Certification or training in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred).
• Experience in corporate, industrial, or occupational health settings (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
