About the role
The Medical City Clinic is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join its team at the Ayala Central Bloc in Cebu. The role involves direct patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and record patients' vital signs.
- Obtain and document patients' medical histories.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
- Develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Perform triage of incoming patients.
- Carry out routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections.
- Document patient data through accurate charting.
- Monitor inventory and maintain availability of medical supplies.
- Submit monthly census reports.
