Night Shift Accounts Payable Supervisor (Temp WFH)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team of accountants on a night‑shift schedule. The position is initially temporary work‑from‑home, supporting US‑based finance operations while being based in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of accountants, driving performance improvements.
• Post General Ledger entries and manage daily Accounts Payable and Receivables.
• Review and post accruals each period to ensure accurate expense reporting.
• Lead balance‑sheet reconciliations for all asset and liability accounts and maintain related Excel spreadsheets.
• Verify accounts for month‑end close and generate monthly financial statements.
• Prepare reports for audit and tax purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Finance and Accounting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a BPO/shared‑service environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proven experience managing people and leading month‑end close processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night‑shift US hours and during Philippine holidays.
• Ability to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa when office operations resume.
