NetSuite Consultant (ERP Optimization)

About the role

We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant to drive system enhancements, ensure smooth operations, and support continuous improvement of our ERP environment. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory processes within NetSuite.

Key responsibilities

• Support enhancements, optimizations, and process refinements for existing NetSuite projects.
• Deliver integration solutions that reduce manual effort, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve fulfillment times.
• Promote user adoption by making system updates practical and user‑friendly.
• Gather business requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog, and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish and track success metrics for major system initiatives before kickoff.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite team to support modules and system integrations.
• Ensure high sprint predictability and completion rates for committed tasks.
• Conduct rigorous functional testing to minimize production defects and emergency rollbacks.
• Partner with departments to validate changes, resolve issues, and align technical and business goals.
• Document solutions, system changes, and process workflows; publish release notes and progress reports.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on NetSuite consulting experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and operational workflows.
• Proven experience with NetSuite Work Orders, Assemblies, WIP, and Production Scheduling.
• Expertise in Inventory Management, including item types, bins, lot/serial tracking, replenishment methods, and safety stock.
• Experience with Supply Plans, Landed Cost tracking, and end‑to‑end P2P/O2C processes.
