Multistakeholder Engagement Consultant (Remote, 6 months)

About the role
The Multistakeholder Engagement Consultant will lead the operationalisation of two high‑impact partnerships – the Children’s WASH SDG Fund and the People’s Survival Fund Plus – for UNICEF Philippines. Working remotely, the consultant will support the mobilisation of private‑sector and philanthropic resources to achieve equitable, climate‑resilient water, sanitation and hygiene outcomes for children.
Key responsibilities
- Act as secretariat for the Children’s WASH SDG Fund, coordinating meetings and documentation.
- Convene and engage government, private‑sector, and civil‑society partners across both funds.
- Design, develop and manage a private‑sector membership offer to attract and retain partners.
- Produce partner‑facing communications, fundraising briefs and promotional materials.
- Support pipeline development, partnership conversion and long‑term engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with UNICEF Philippines teams to align activities with SDG 6.1 and 6.2 targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in partnership or stakeholder engagement within development, humanitarian or climate‑resilience contexts.
- Familiarity with WASH programmes and multi‑stakeholder fund mechanisms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple deadlines.
