Multimedia Creative Generalist

About the role

The Multimedia Creative Generalist supports the Marketing team by producing polished, on‑brand assets quickly across a wide range of formats. This hands‑on position blends design, video, and content repurposing to help drive campaigns, product launches, webinars, and sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for email, web, social, digital ads, and sales collateral while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Edit short‑form video clips for webinars, events, thought‑leadership pieces, and internal communications.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset resizing, and workflow automation.
• Repurpose long‑form content (webinars, presentations, reports) into visual and video snippets.
• Create presentation graphics, infographics, and executive‑ready visuals.
• Support webinar, event, and campaign production with registration graphics, follow‑up visuals, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with external agencies on brand refreshes, product launch branding, and web development projects.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet a high quality standard.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgment and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Flexibility to shift focus between design, video, and content tasks as priorities change.
• Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, talent acquisition, and agent experience teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality assets on time.
