Multidisciplinary Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Designer who excels at creating striking visual layouts and can seamlessly bring them to life through motion. This hybrid position splits 70% of the time on static graphic and digital design and 30% on motion design, supporting our marketing and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high‑quality static assets for digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to translate briefs into engaging, conversion‑focused visuals.
• Transform static designs into motion graphics, including looping ads, animated typography, and micro‑animations.
• Storyboard and animate short‑form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and programmatic video ads.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color theory, and a reel demonstrating clean motion design.
• Ability to switch quickly between static and animated tasks without losing momentum.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and working closely with marketing and content teams.
