Multi Skilled Technician

About the role

The Multi Skilled Technician is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of key building equipment and facilities. You will ensure that air‑conditioning, water and sewerage, drainage, fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical systems function reliably for owners and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service air‑conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and oversee water and sewerage infrastructure.
• Manage drainage system upkeep.
• Ensure fire protection and fire alarm systems are operational and compliant.
• Perform routine checks and repairs on electrical systems.
• Handle unit owners/tenants complaints related to mechanical and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with the Building/Facilities Manager or Engineer for instructions and additional tasks.

Required profile

• Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in facilities or machinery maintenance.
• Preferably 1‑4 years of experience in maintenance/repair roles.
• Full‑time availability.
