Multi-skilled Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Multi‑skilled Technician to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in HVAC, plumbing fixtures, electrical circuits, fire protection, and other facility components.
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency situations to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine tasks such as filter changes, lubrication, cleaning, and equipment adjustments.
• Coordinate and supervise third‑party contractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities in a CMMS or designated system.
• Identify safety hazards during building inspections and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a multi‑skilled technician with competence across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle on‑call duties, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for occasional site travel.
