MIS Officer – Corporate Planning (Data Management)

About the role

The MIS Officer will collect, manage, analyse and report business data to support BDO’s Wealth Management Group, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for decision‑making and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, control, security and relevance of data sourced from various Investment Business Units.
• Summarise information to provide insight for Relationship Managers, Center Heads, Business Unit Heads and senior management.
• Supply data that helps management achieve business metrics by maximising leads, monitoring performance and managing workforce.
• Support the Relationship Management Unit’s daily tasks through initiatives that reduce processing time or provide sales insight.
• Address user feedback on reports and data, resolving functional errors and improving report capabilities.
• Safeguard data security by adhering to the bank’s data management policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics or a comparable discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience (or equivalent) in data management, dashboard creation and report management.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.

• Advanced MS Excel (complex formulas, VBA, macros).
