Mid-level Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Application Developer to design, test and deliver high‑quality software solutions while strengthening our partner relationships. You will work in a fast‑growing environment, continuously learning existing systems and shaping the next generation of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy C#/.NET applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners and fellow developers to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with long‑term fixes.
• Brainstorm and propose innovative ways to improve software functionality and user experience.
• Maintain clear and frequent communication across teams and partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience as a software or application developer.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
