Member Service Associate (HR Helpdesk)

About the role

The Member Service Associate (HR Helpdesk) provides end‑to‑end HR support to CGI members worldwide through tickets and phone calls. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and confidentially.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in English (and any assigned language) and log cases in the HR Service Center.
• Categorize, prioritize, assign, and, when needed, escalate cases to the appropriate provider group.
• Assist members, managers, and non‑members in resolving HR‑related questions.
• Deliver GHRMS services according to defined processes and participate in related projects.
• Gather detailed information, investigate service‑delivery issues, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Adhere to company policies, pursue personal development, and complete required training.

Required profile

• College‑level or vocational education (or equivalent).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• No prior experience required; minimum skill requirements must be met.
• Experience with MS Office tools; HR experience and PeopleSoft knowledge are assets.

Required skills

• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• PeopleSoft HR modules (knowledge considered an asset).
