About the role
We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on researching complex legal and regulatory frameworks, translating them into technical solutions, and supporting product compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
- Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
- Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
- Experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
