Member Engagement & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Member Engagement & Marketing Specialist to nurture relationships with our community members and support marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring consistent communication and collaboration with a distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular communication and engagement.
• Proactively reach out to members, respond to inquiries, and ensure ongoing participation in the community.
• Support member‑related communications, announcements, and engagement activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and retention, and track follow‑ups and action items.

Required profile

• Experience in member engagement, community management, customer success, or related marketing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Highly proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
