About the role
We are seeking a Board‑Certified Internal Medicine physician to lead and manage medical and clinical operations for a Healthcare BPO. The position is based in Makati with a hybrid work model (2–3 days onsite) and operates on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US holidays, with weekends off.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee medical and clinical operations.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervise care coordination.
- Review cases and support medical decision‑making.
- Develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Active PRC Physician License.
- Board Certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
- Completed residency training.
- Willingness to work night shift.
- Residence within 50 km of Makati.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of PHP 120,000 – PHP 150,000 per month.
- Additional PHP 3,600 allowance.
- Hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days onsite).
- Night‑shift schedule with US holidays and weekends off.
