Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and execution of manufacturing projects. You will work on plant and production line layouts, collaborate with project teams and ensure timely delivery of your project components.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the scope of work for projects related to your mechanical engineering specialization.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings as required.
• Design efficient, organized layouts for manufacturing plants and production lines.
• Resolve design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning issues with the support of a Project Manager.
• Track schedules to guarantee that your project parts are completed on time.
• Prioritize and manage work hours to meet budgeted hours and project due dates.
• Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
