Mechanical Designer – Architectural Metal, Signage & Glass (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to create detailed designs, models, and drafts for architectural metal, signage, and glass projects. This fully remote, permanent position works closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to bring concepts to reality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop precise 3‑D models and 2‑D drawings for metal, signage, and glass installations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and timelines.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for structural and thermal validation.
- Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and revision records.
- Support prototyping, testing, and design optimization for cost and manufacturability.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on mechanical design experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Autodesk Inventor
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- CAD scripting/automation
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Inventor) – preferred
