Meat & Fish Preparation Staff

About the role

The Meat & Fish Preparation Staff member works on the production floor to ensure that meat and fish products are prepared, weighed, and packed according to company standards and cGMP regulations. The role requires strict adherence to quality, safety, and documentation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times.
• Check completeness, availability, and quality of materials required for production; request missing items and report any abnormalities to the Team Leader.
• Cut, weigh, and pack meat and fish products following company guidelines.
• Record critical process control data and verify that all product specifications are met.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure correct coding and labeling of products.
• Verify that orders are complete, accurately documented, and that equipment is properly shut down at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area after each shift.

Required profile

• Experience in preparing meat and fish products.
• Familiarity with cutting tools and cookware.
• Basic mathematical skills for weighing and portioning.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules and long hours during peak seasons.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision.
