Meat & Fish Preparation Staff

About the role

The Meat & Fish Preparation Staff member works on the production floor to ensure that meat and fish products are prepared, weighed, cut, and packed in accordance with company guidelines and cGMP standards. The role involves maintaining product quality, documentation, and a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards at all times.
• Check completeness, availability, and quality of materials; request supplies when needed and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Cut, weigh, and pack meat and fish products following company procedures.
• Record critical process control data and verify that all specifications are met.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and ensure orders are complete and accurately documented.
• Apply correct product codes and labels.
• Turn off all equipment at the end of the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area after each shift.

Required profile

• Experience in preparing meat and fish.
• Experience using cutting tools and cookware.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and long hours during peak seasons.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to complete tasks without direct supervision.
