Marketplace Platform Operations Analyst

About the role

The Marketplace Platform Operations Analyst supports Amex GBT's travel marketplace by troubleshooting platform technology issues, managing configuration controls, and ensuring smooth integration of supply data feeds.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve supply technology issues within SLAs, including platform configuration, functionality, and stability.
• Provide functional support for booking failures, missing content, and other platform issues to internal customers and business partners.
• Perform trending analysis, participate in bug triage, and create knowledge‑base articles to reduce escalations.
• Administer supply configurations, conduct regular reviews for optimal display, and support global deployment processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product support experience in the travel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan.
• Proficiency with CRM issue‑tracking systems; API knowledge is a plus.
