Marketing Strategist – Meta Ads (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist specialized in Meta advertising to join our growing team. This full‑time position works on Philippine day‑shift hours and focuses on planning, launching and optimizing high‑quality Meta ad campaigns for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch Meta ad campaigns from concept to execution.
• Develop compelling creative angles, hooks and ad concepts, using AI tools to streamline the process.
• Collaborate with video editors, voice‑over artists, videographers and graphic designers to produce ad creatives.
• Review performance data, identify winning creatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in client calls, present campaign ideas and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Help improve internal SOPs, documentation and workflow systems.
• Optimize under‑performing ads under guidance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to analyze ad performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Comfortable discussing strategy with clients.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising platform).
