Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will drive the preparation of bid proposals and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on event coordination to enhance brand visibility and win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end preparation of bid and RFQ packages, including project lists, organization charts, accreditation documents, BOQ timelines and final submission.
• Develop deliverable lists and coordinate responsibilities across internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conceptualize, launch and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple media platforms.
• Organize and manage marketing events such as product launches, media announcements and related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in marketing or bid management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to different audiences.
