Marketing Manager (Work From Home)

About the role

Persona is seeking a remote Marketing Manager to own and execute multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales growth. You will work closely with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to deliver email, social, SEO, paid‑media, webinar, and event initiatives for fast‑growing technology startups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars and virtual events.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing operations, assigning tasks to internal stakeholders, freelancers and external vendors.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, social posts, email copy and creative briefs.
• Track performance metrics, produce reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Support webinar production, event promotion and other demand‑generation activities.
• Collaborate with product, sales and leadership to ensure brand and messaging alignment.
• Update website and landing pages using CMS tools such as WordPress or HubSpot.
• Contribute to graphic creation and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.

Required profile

• Organised, analytical and creative marketer with a passion for building scalable systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with WordPress or HubSpot CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tools.
