About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, program promotion, and community building for Hytel, an AI innovation company. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution and leverages cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Create and distribute engaging content across LinkedIn, X, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney) to improve efficiency and test ideas rapidly.
• Drive lead generation and audience growth initiatives.
• Support executive thought‑leadership and brand‑building activities.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in digital, growth, or content marketing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, X, email marketing, SEO, and content distribution.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Midjourney.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
