Marketing Manager – Non‑Carbonated Drinks

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Non‑Carbonated Drinks will join the local marketing team responsible for PepsiCo’s non‑carbonated beverage portfolio, including iconic brands such as Gatorade® and Sting®. You will shape portfolio strategy, lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, and ensure strong business controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium‑to‑long‑term strategies based on consumer insights and business data.
• Lead 360° integrated marketing communications campaigns from concept to activation across media, digital, on‑ground, and in‑store channels.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders as well as external agencies (creative, media, activation, PR) to bring campaigns to life.
• Use consumer and market metrics to drive data‑based decision making, monitor performance, and iterate campaigns.
• Manage portfolio P&L, budget allocation, and profitability while ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Navigate the franchise‑owned, bottler‑operated (FOBO) model, partnering with the local bottler to translate strategy into execution.
• Oversee day‑to‑day business activities, project management, insight analysis, and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
• 5+ years of experience in a Brand Manager role within FMCG/CPG.
• Strong project‑management capabilities, including resourcing and implementation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative evaluations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for senior‑level audiences.
