Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation, execution and monitoring of advertising and marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and sales for a major shopping mall. The role requires a deep understanding of the mall’s customer base, market research insights and creative storytelling across multiple media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase customer traffic and sales.
• Conduct and apply market research to tailor campaigns to the mall’s target audience.
• Create and manage mall events, advertising campaigns, promotions, activations and sponsorship programmes.
• Ensure system‑wide compliance with promotional and activation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related four‑year program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing function covering brand management, project management, advertising, promotion, market research, media, marketing communications, events management and retail marketing.
