Marketing Manager

About the role

PALUTO is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead brand activations, promotions, events, and local store initiatives that boost foot traffic, customer engagement, and sales for its restaurant portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Drive customer acquisition, repeat visits, and revenue growth through strategic campaigns.
• Plan and manage on‑ground activations, food festivals, community events, and partnership programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, schools, corporate groups, and other organizations.
• Create and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and digital advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Restaurant Managers, and Executive Leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in restaurants, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven success in driving sales through brand activations and partnership development.
• Strong project‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
